2. We collaborate with format creators and production companies to own/co-own intellectual property incorporating creative multi-platform content

3. We create, develop, license, manage, exploit, produce, market and promote intellectual property projects of our own and also on behalf of others

4. We provide services on a monthly fee retainer basis to companies retailing brands within the sectors we specialise in and whom seek a low-cost, high-impact brand communication service incorporating brand identity creation, brand awareness, commercial assistance, public relations, digital and social media services

5. We incubate innovative companies retailing new and/or existing lifestyle brands which we feel have significant return potential, particularly those creating categories in the food and beverage, health, wellness, fitness and beauty sectors. We will provide long-term working capital and additional related operational services in return for an equity stake in the company and a share of the GP
